Shareholder relations

At the end of 2009 NKT had approx. 38,400 shareholders - 28,000 are registered shareholders. The registered share capital amounts to 75% of the capital.

The entire share capital is judged to be liquid (100% free float). Based on available information sources and measured at end 2009 around 72% of the equity is estimated to be owned by shareholders in Denmark, while the remaining 28% is estimated to be owned by foreign shareholders.
