- Resolution proposals for the ordinary general meeting may be submitted in writing by any shareholder. Such proposals must be forwarded in writing to the company's Board of Directors no later than four weeks prior to the meeting. A proposal forwarded to the Board later than four weeks prior to the meeting may be placed on the agenda if the Board deems the request to be made in sufficient time for this to take place.
