The Management of NKT Holding is responsible for day-to-day investor-related activities and for relations with the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

NKT does not offer recommendations concerning trade with NKT shares. Nor do we distribute NKT share-related information (share analyses, articles, etc.). However, we can refer you to share analysts who keep track of our shares - a list is available here.

We have policies on how employees should act when it comes to handling situations and information that may affect NKT’s share price. We also have an IR Policy stating that our window of silence starts three weeks before scheduled publication of earnings results (Interim and Annual Reports).
